What We Can Supply

From one component to a complete log structure.

Buy What You Need

A project does not have to fit one fixed package.

We can manufacture one unusual timber component, the natural-log parts for a wall, a complete log structure, or a broader building package.

If your company already handles foundations, roofing, windows, doors and finishing, there is little value in forcing you to buy those things from us.

We manufacture as much or as little of the project as makes sense.

One Part Is Still a Project

One Part Is Still a Project

Sometimes you do not need a house. You need one difficult piece of timber.

A custom post, beam, connection or other large timber component can be manufactured individually when its geometry and size suit our equipment.

Our manufacturing system already expects every natural log to be different, so unique geometry is not automatically a special case.

Natural-Log Walls and Components

Natural-Log Walls and Components

We can manufacture the log components required for walls, corners, intersections, openings and other parts of the structure.

For wall construction we normally work with logs around 14 inches in diameter. The natural taper, sweep and individual shape of the timber remain part of the finished building.

Openings and connections are manufactured for the actual project rather than treated as generic stock parts.

A Complete Log Structure

A Complete Log Structure

For many builders, this is the natural division of work.

We manufacture the natural-log structure and its connections. You receive the components and continue with assembly and the construction work you already provide.

Foundations, roofing, windows, doors, mechanical systems, interiors and finishing can remain with your company and your existing trades.

We manufacture. You build.

More Than Logs When It Makes Sense

More Than Logs When It Makes Sense

A project can extend beyond the manufactured log structure.

Depending on what you need, we can discuss additional building components and a broader cabin or home package.

We do not want to hide the scope behind the word kit. A proposal should state clearly what is included, what is not included, and what work remains with the builder.

No mystery box.

Your Logs or Ours

Your Logs or Ours

You do not have to change timber suppliers to work with us.

Logs can come from our supply, from a supplier you already know, or from suitable timber owned by your customer. They can arrive peeled or unpeeled depending on the project and the way the timber is being prepared.

Customer-owned timber can be particularly interesting when the finished building stands on the same property the trees came from.

Suitability still matters. Species, diameter, length, condition and intended structural use all have to make sense for the project.

Not Everything Fits a Catalogue

Not Everything Fits a Catalogue

If you have something unusual, show it to us.

A drawing, model, scan or a good explanation is enough to start. If the required result can be described geometrically and the workpiece fits the manufacturing system, we can determine whether it makes sense to manufacture it.

That may be part of a house, one oversized timber component, or something that does not fit neatly into a standard product category.

Start with the problem. We can work out whether our manufacturing process is the right tool for it.
